CIMA Studios is proud to announce the addition of Master Somsak Prawatsricha to the CIMA staff. "Master Sammy" brings extensive experience in Muay Thai to our students and augments our instruction staff  that bring new martial arts styles to the studio. Master Frank Pugarita a fourth degree black belt and his wife Jilen Pugarita a first degree black belt will be teaching Shito Ryu (a Japanese style). Shidoshi Steven Schmidt, a 8th degree black belt [see News Flash below!], is offering instruction in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.  CIMA will also be offering Kobudo classes (weapon program) classes.  These additional instructors and styles make CIMA studios the most diverse martial arts program in the area. CIMA Studios is now associated with Kyoshi  Anthony Marquez. Sensei  Marquez specializes in Jinbukan Kobudo [weapons] and instruction to individuals with disabilities.

CIMA Studios has initiated the No Limits program to teach martial arts to young people with disabilities. This program has been very successful in other cities, it helps these young people develop skills and discipline in a supportive environment. For more information click here.

Tae Kwon Do is an ancient martial arts form that develops physical training, and discipline. The training combines stretching, aerobic exercise and self defense. The result is enhanced physical fitness, and self confidence.  Whether your goal is to improve your fighting skills or simply to enjoy the benefits of a fitness regimen that combines stretching, aerobics and strength training, there is a program for you. 

One of our most popular classes is for  5-10 years olds. These children develop confidence and improved coordination in an entertaining environment. It is impressive to see a youngster proudly showing everyone that they broke a board. Teenagers enjoy the exercise and develop self confidence.

Our adult classes include men and women of all ages. Some come to further their martial arts training. Some attend for the aerobics, strength training and to learn some self-defense.
