Then you may be ready for Boot Camp. This is an
intense program that will allow you to make some changes in your life!
The
program will help you build your body and learn some new diet and lifestyle
techniques that can help you become that new person you made resolutions about
in January.
Your Boot Camp drill instructor is Veronica.
Veronica has led similar programs in the past and is a
certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In a recent interview she shared:
I am always asked, “What types of people do you
specialize in?” well my answer to that question is, anyone who is willing to
train. Everyone has different personalities, different needs, with different
levels of exercise, which is why training must be personalized. I can truly
say that those who are motivated reap the best rewards; I am willing to help
with that motivation.
Training is not the only thing I do, my
interests include arts and crafts, such as, painting, music, dancing, and I
love to travel. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and would love to
keep learning other languages. Currently, I am trying my best at Olympic style
weightlifting and increasing my cardio, trying a mix of cycling, roller
blading, and bit of running. I like to keep things varied and interesting. I
have come across a quote that stands out for me and helps me through,
“ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THERE IS NO LIMIT. THERE IS NO MAX.”
